Nicely furnished apartment on one floor. Floor area: 65m2. All rooms are fully equipped.
Communal Swimming pool with children area.
Next to the apartment you can find shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop (to Santa Pola and Alicante), internetcafé, supermarked, etc..

The charming resorts of Los Arenales del Sol is only 5 mins drive away. Santa Pola (5 mins south) is a beautiful old fishing town, which is home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the Mediterranean. Alicante (10 minutes drive away) is a fabulous international city with designer shops, old castle, lively port and marina, theatres, cinemas, bullring and famous promenade and parks to visit.
On top of Gran Alacant there are a number of Shops/Restaurants/Bars with a busy and interesting market on Thursdays. Benidorm, the Terra Mitica and other theme parks plus several golf courses are within an hour's drive. Elche with its leather factory outlets is 20min drive inland.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and a TV 14”+VHS.

Kitchen: Ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, fridge/freeze, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, hand blender, pots and pans, glasses, plates etc…

Bathrooms: One main bathroom with toilet, basin, bath with shower and bidet.
One en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin, and shower enclosure.

Outside: Terrace of 30m2. There are 9 garden chairs, a big garden table for 10 and 4 loungers/sunbeds. Barbecue.

There is an iron and iron table if needed.
No pets allowed.
